Breakfast was of a high standard with ample choice. The B&B is located in a peaceful residential area but with easy access to attractions in Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. The hosts are welcoming and helpful.

Friendly hosts, very nice room and excellent breakfasts.

Closer to town would have been preferred, but not really a problem with a rental car.

We loved the friendly and the hosts were very accommodating to us checking in early to prepare for our event after travelling from afar. The location was close to our event and safe and secure off-street parking for our car was an added plus. The breakfast was great with homemade jams, both preserved and fresh fruits and a variety of cereals including gluten free. Very kind in sharing produce from their fruit trees. The hosts made us feel welcome but also gave us privacy to relax and do our thing. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Everything was great - nothing we did not like.

We got bitten a lot but it is hot. Wish they would eat something else.

Really amazing B&B and a really lovely couple who own it were very helpful and had an amazing breakfast and conversation, would highly recommend. And will definitely stay there again.

Sally and Gavin are warm, welcoming hosts with an abundance of local knowledge and advice. On arrival I was immediately welcomed with a glass (or 2) of local wine, and we chatted for hours like old friends whilst sat on their beautiful deck overlooking their magical garden. My room was spacious, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was freshly prepared to a time of my choosing. A lovely selection of fresh fruit, cereal and home made jams. Gavin also does an outstanding poached egg on toast, cooked to perfection.👌 Unfortunately I didnt get to try out the pool and hot tub because I arrived late and left early🥺. I would definitely stay again here if i was in the area😊 It was a privilege to be a guest in Sally in Gavins home. It was outstanding value for money even before they gave me a discount when they realised I was a single traveller. Such generosity and kindness on their part.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. The hosts, house and garden are all delightful. I only wish I could have stayed longer to linger by the pool with a glass of wine, a good book and convivial company x

A lovely home stay with fantastic hosts who couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.

The room was bright and spacious. Wonderful breakfast and Sally and Gavin were perfect hosts.
