Really clean rooms, good location with great views and facilities(pool table, darts, outside sitting, kids playground, massive car park, nicely sorted bar and dining room). The only downside if I were to name one, was the lack of wifi. I personally had great reception on EE but others in the group on GiffGaff, struggled for signal and internet. Overall, very good value for money and really friendly and attentive staff

The room was neatly decorated and comfortable. I was happy to see a kettle, instant hot chocolate as well as coffee, and *two* packs of biscuits! The bathroom was not only clean, but the towels included a face flannel -- this is such a nice touch and I'm grateful. The staff were friendly, courteous, lovely to deal with and gave me all the information I needed.

When the kitchen was serving the extractor fan was a little noisy and the odour of hot fat was noticeable if I opened the windows.

Stayed overnight to break up a journey home from Cornwall to North. It’s only a short distance from the M5. The room was very clean and had an excellent large comfy bed with toiletries provided. I booked a room with a terrace/balcony which was amazing and a lovely space to sit outside and relax. Had dinner in the bar which was fine, staff very pleasant and friendly. Pet friendly rooms (£5 per dog)and welcomed in the bar area. Lots of parking. Room only with no breakfast option, which suited me due to early departure. Would definitely return.
