"Friendly, helpful and a cracking breakfast"

The property was literally just off the A66. It was clean, tidy and the host was friendly, helpful and it felt like you were spending a few days away with family! The room had everything we needed, warm, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and very well organised. There is a form that you need to fill in before 8 in the evening so when you go down for breakfast your table is already set. The views are wonderful and about a five minute drive into Keswick. Evening meals are a good option in Braithwaite itself within a 20 minute walk. Within the property there is a lovely lounge area with books and games. Plenty of parking spaces at the back and front of the property. Dogs are allowed and welcomed.

There was nothing not to like.

Great location for accessing walks and towns in the area. The food was delicious, especially the afternoon cakes and Kate was fabulous, very knowledgeable about the area so shared hints and tips with getting around. Have already recommended to my friends and family.
