We have been staying at this property since 2019 but over the years the quality has honestly downhill! The room was full of dirt, dust & small cockroaches. Anywhere we touched there were layers of dirt. We even complained about the cockroaches but the reception seemed least bothered. Plus their breakfast menu hasn’t upgraded since 2019, high time to vamp it up and do extensive cleaning and fumigation.

The manager, Mr. Anthony upgraded my room as the previous room had a musty smell owing to the rainy weather. A kind gesture.

Ivy House was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of busy Kolkata and set in a lovely greenery atmosphere. The cafe was very handy. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Property is too old, mostly all room vacant
