The Ivy House

Breakfast continental options were superb , Indian options could be expanded! Buffet was superlative!!

All in all it was an excellent experience! The staff of Ivy house deserves special mention ! Rakesh was solicitous and called a day before check in to ensure smooth processing! Raju was our wonderful chef! Vishwanath and Uttam were cheerful and made sure we had a blessed stay !

A real gem! You can see the care they put in managing this place, lots of plants at the entrance and lovely details in the decor. Loved the sitar in the corridor that takes you to the rooms. The staff is really kind, especially the morning guard!! The room is pretty beautiful and clean, the breakfast is really good and also the food at the cafeteria. They also have a beautiful tea shop in the reception. This will definitely be my place if I ever come back to Kolkata.

Maybe the shower doors and corners can be cleaned better, that's the only flaw I can find, cause everything else was just perfect.

Beautiful food and lovely place. The staff were all exceptional!

Bed was a little hard and problems with the tv.
