Friendly and welcoming host. Great attention to detail. Delicious breakfast with homemade jams, scones and pastries. Nice touch with welcoming traybake. Walking distance to city centre. Will definitely return.

Very friendly people, very welcoming. Very Clean Tv has netflix on demand apps etc Decent shower gel Nice and quiet area Breakfast was a real treat. I felt guilty I couldn't eat a lot of it.

Bed was a bit too soft for me if anything.

The room was large, it was also clean and tidy. It would be ideal for hikers. Evening amenities and in the centre of the lakes. Good quality, owners on site

"Superb B&B in Carlisle"

Fantastic welcome when we arrived and such a lovely room, with comfy bed and everything else we could need. The breakfast was superb, and Julie was so friendly. We will book again when returning to Carlisle as it’s so well located with 24hr parking nearby (£10 for 24 hrs).

We can’t think of anything.
