The property is situated on the edge of Lake Dunstan, so the views and the walks are incredible. There was also a fantastic breakfast provided by the hosts, who were very friendly and welcoming.

The room got a bit overwarm which was difficult when we'd brought all winter clothing!

Both our host and hostess, Fred and Sam, were welcoming, thoughtful and gracious. The room was immaculate, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and far more than either my husband or I could have ever thought to have. The location was convenient and had easy access to the path around Lake Dunstan. I would recommend it to everyone.

The location and the house itself - both fabulous, as were the breakfasts. The hosts Samantha and Fred were extremely welcoming and friendly, and happy to even provide service they did not need to (snacks). I wish we had booked 7 nights there for our stay in the Queenstown/Wanaka area not just the 2

Breakfast was amazing. Sam and Fred did an awesome job with breakfasts. Breakfast was different on both days and was amazing. Muesli and cereals as well as a fruit and yoghurt mix. Also a cooked breakfast, on the first day we had breakfast sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes as well as poached egg on homemade bread and avocado on another slice and to finish off a danish pastry. Fruit juice and plunger coffee were also served. On the second morning we had cereals and muesli and the cooked part of the breakfast was a bacon and egg bap. What also blew us away was that we told them we were going to the Concert and were looking forward to seeing Pat Benetar. In the morning (before the concert) our host had put Pat Benetar music on for us to listen to while we ate breakfast. We felt very spoilt. It was only a few minutes walk to the lake. Beautiful place to stay and relax. Will definitely stay again.

This would have to be the best b&b we have ever stayed at. Ultra modern, beautiful views of the lake with an easy access to the walking trail around it. Nothing was spared by our hosts to make us comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing and conversations fascinating. Highly recommended.
