Fred and Samantha were excellent hosts and very accommodating. The breakfasts were superb and very tasty. Great location with lovely walks/ bike rides along the lake.

We enjoyed the warm hospitality from Sam & Fred, welcoming into their haven 😀 felt great vibes there and beautiful views of the lake and breakfasts were delicious nutritional and would go back again.

The property is near new and custom built to provide excellent B&B accomodation and service. It is situated on the lake front and is in very good condition. While it is only approx 6 kms out of Cromwell and close to everything, it is very quiet and peaceful. The quality of the breakfasts provided were absolutely legendary, and Fred and Sam are wonderful hosts.

There is nothing to dislike about it at all.

Fred and Sam were wonderful hosts. Sam's breakfasts were something to look forward to every morning. Comfy bed, fabulous shower, centrally located, and quiet location just off the river.

It got a little stuffy in the room without a window to open until it cooled down at night.

The superb hospitality of the hosts and fantastic peaceful location. The accommodation was top class with lovely comfy bed and next level bathroom. Nice high doorways and shower for tall people. The breakfasts were exceptional every day.

Great B&B in central Otago for day trips within the region. The rooms are great and the host very lovely. Everything was perfect. We would have loved to stay some more days at this unique B&B.
