We loved staying in a place that had impressive architectural design mixing the east and western influences, set right on the shore of Dunstan lake. We are truly so grateful to Sam and Fred to going above and beyond for us, with breakfast set against the backdrop of lake Dunstan, cozy fireplace, fresh food and getting to know Sam and Fred who are such genuine people.

Pisa Moorings was fantastic location in a quiet subdision (away from busy roads) on the lakeside. The breakfasts were amazing and the hosts were aware of my gluten free needs and provided delicious alternatives. We enjoyed chatting with the friendly hosts and the other guests (there are 2 bnb rooms) at breakfast served in the dining room overlooking the lake. We also appreciated the welcome snack basket which included gf. Location handy to Cromwell and not too far from Wanaka and Arrowtown.

Only small disappointment was that our room didn't face the lake but a very nice room (with amazing bathroom) none the less.

Very accommodating and warm hosts - Sam and Fred. The breakfast was top notch and a lot of effort was put into making sure we were well fed. The room is clean, comfortable with right amount of space and amenities. Nice touch with the snack welcome basket, always good to see little gesture like this. Highly recommended!
