Sunshine House Bed and Breakfast

This was the best bed and breakfast experience we have ever had. The owners are inviting, flexible and so kind. The home was clean, and they provided everything we needed and more. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious! We loved our stay at the Sunshine House B&B and highly recommend!

The location was perfect distance from the docks and restaurants. The room felt clean, tidy, cozy and welcoming. The hosts were very accommodating to our schedule and insured we always had breakfast well before we needed to leave. The breakfast itself was delicious with a different meal each morning and food preferences/restrictions always considered. The cherry on top of the whole experience was the furry companion who was the best dog a bed & breakfast could ask for.

Marsha and Mike were so helpful and accommodating. They made super delicious breakfasts for us at a time when we felt we needed them. They gave helpful suggestions of things to see and do as we drove to Homer. Our room had everything we needed.

In town, very gracious owners who serve an outstanding breakfast. Comfy bed.

The upstairs bathroom is in the hallway, not en-suite to the “superior queen”. They leave the second bedroom vacant so you dont share the space with strangers, but we had expected a connected bathroom.

Marsha was warm and friendly, made it extremely comfortable and homely for us making the entire place at our disposal. The house and rooms were absolutely as promised / expected and was kept comfortably warm. Breakfasts, we had two of them, were simply superb. The quilts by Marsha added that extra warmth and elegance to the place.

Mike and Marsha were wonderful hosts! The Sunshine house is centrally located. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We loved our time at the house and enjoyed getting to know the family. Give Buschie a hug from us!!
