"A lovely place to stay on a visit to the Aylesbury area"

the room is in a beautiful location , there was a fair choice for the continental breakfast with plenty of tea coffee sugar and milk , both the bedroom and the bathroom are clean and a good size and the bed was big and comfortable .Parking is literally 10 yards from the front door. There's a nice pub a few minutes walk away in a lovely village setting . Instructions for location and entry are very good but we were greeted and let in by the host who is very friendly and directed us to the afore mentioned pub

if I was being super critical the deck to the outside seating area is a little slippery so could catch some by suprise , but it had been raining through the night so it was understandable

I never have a cooked breakfast and the cereal choice, toast, yoghurt and apple were all that was needed to choose from. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

I wasn’t very keen on the room scent presumably a spray, it was very overpowering.

Breakfast was excellent - vegan diet catered for. Easy to check in and out at times convenient to us as not reliant on host being there.

It is quite remote, need a car to get there, but just half an hour drive from Milton Keynes Bowl so it was good for us.
