V friendly and welcoming hosts, nice clean room and shower, convenient located short walk from rail and bus station

Might help if they provided an information leaflet in the room to boost extra spend, ie when the bar is open

The staff were excellent. They were very personable and able to assist in any inquiries. The location was fabulous. The breakfast was awesome. It was pre-ordered and freshly cooked to our requirements. The views of the Abbey from the room were a bonus.

The w.c was a logistical challenge.

Getting ready for a refurb and the neighbours were a bit noisy in the garden bar but we had a lovely stay.

Great location, easy check in with staff contacting me in advance. Staff quick to respond to queries and friendly on arrival.

Paper thin walls between hotel rooms made it impossible to sleep. Very loud. Also lots of noise from outside. Room was a little tired looking.

Lovely hotel with a lot of history. We had a really nice stay at Arundel house, we stayed in the superior room and the bed was so comfy. The room was clean, facilities were great. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts were friendly. Great location with free parking (albeit limited spaces but we had no issue)
