The location was excellent room had a lovely view ,super breakfast really enjoyed the whitby kippers ,opposite Pannet Park which is great to visit ,museum and art gallery in there too!

Our room had a very small toilet shower area,(weatherill room )which we both found tricky with back probs ,we used the one on the landing,and no towel rail to hang your towels up .

"Disappointing. Room not as clean as it should be."

Good shower. Room warm enough. Comfy pillows.

Room was not clean. Instead of making up beds and providing new towels each day, time would be better spent cleaning the woodwork (doors, skirting, dado rail), flooring, and getting into corners. The carpet needed shampooing (doing that would make the room smell better too). Room a bit too small for 2 beds.
