Arundel House

The room was very clean and spacious and was well presented.

Location, shower and towels!

Lack of info reference extra charge for dogs, but no provision for them. Also put on top floor which was pretty inconvenient with a dog. No clean towels/bath mat, and very little evidence of cleaning.

De ligging vlak bij het centrum en bij het bus en treinstation. Goed adres met ruime kamer en-suite!

For us the stairs having disabilities but my fault I should’ve asked for ground floor when booking

Location was great. 10 minute walk from harbour and numerous restaurant's. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were welcoming, friendly, approachable and happy to help with any questions.

Generally have an information folder in the room providing details of facilities available within the hotel such as breakfast and other meals. Unfortunately we had nothing. Would have liked a slightly bigger shower unit. Ours was a bit snug.

Location is excellent, on arrival we were warmly greeted and everything explained to us for our stay. Also offered to carry our case up to the room on 1st floor. The view from the room was lovely. Perfect long window to sit and read a book and watch the world go by. Bed really comfy. Daily top up of tea, coffee, biscuits. shower small but great flow of water. Nice walk to the harbour. Lots of shops, restaurants, cafes etc

I only mention this as it affected our stay. This is only my personal opinion though. The bathroom is way too small. The shower cubicle is fine although you cannot change clothes in the bathroom. The toilet is not ok. I am 5ft my hubby 5ft 5". When using the toilet your knees are against the door unless you sit sideways your feet are in the shower. Seeing is believing with this toilet. Having said that there is a beautiful large toilet room in the reading area just a few steps away from the room.
