A gorgeous hotel. Beautifully decorated rooms, very clean, comfortable four poster bed, lovely breakfast, friendly host and staff, very close to the centre of Whitby and a bus stop just outside.

Didn't really like the room. Was apparently a deluxe family room., not sure where the deluxe part fitted in. The beds and tge pillows I have to say we're extremely comfortable. There were no information leaflets anywhere telling us taxi numbers, what was going on round and about, never experienced that before
