ARPA CENTRAL STATION

HOST: extremely helpful, respectful, and attentive, even getting taxis for me twice. ROOM: just perfect- private and cozy and everything i needed. Clean and uncluttered. I loved the window with fresh air and pleasant bird songs, and authentic views of a lovely Bologna neighborhood! Convenient storage to hang clothes and my personal items. BED: SUPER comfortable, Bathroom: extremely tidy and clean, and well set-up. KITCHEN: I didn’t get to used the kitchen much unfortunately, but it had everything you could need and had a nice atmosphere. LOCATION: could NOT be better! Next to bus stop, close to Central Train Station, walking distance to everything including the old town. I will try to return to stay here again.

Everything was excellent

The place is neat and fully furnished, check-in was easy, the host was very friendly and helpful. There are pleny of shops nearby and the trainstation is close.

Location was good. 10~15 minutes from the center station. Good super market was close to the appartement.

I didn't expected that the owner is living in same appartement. I couldn't relax because of that. Everything else was perfect.

Friendly staff, I received the video instruction how to get the keys and and get into the apartment for the first time in my life.

The landlord was extremely helpful. He was answering my messages, he was available to meet me after late arrival of my plane. He instructed me and gave me the key himself. He assisted me with all our questions. The room has shared kitchen and shared bathroom with one more room. The bathroom is spacious and the kitchen is convenient. There was coffee and tea in the kitchen. The WIFI is good and there is tv in the room. The location is close to Central station - 15 min walk.

The room was very small. Only one double bed taking the whole room and not enough space to put our luggage. The drain system in the bath was not working well and the water from the shower could not drain quickly.
