ARPA CENTRAL STATION

The room was nicely furnished with a comfy bed. Extremely clean apartment, exactly as advertised so to speak. Everything functioned nicely, and we were also allowed to use the kitchen. Ardi, the host was extremely nice and helpful about just about everything.

The place is a bit out of the way, but there is a bus that goes straight into town, otherwise it takes around 15 minutes to get to the center of town. Not such a big downside really.

The Bedroom is part of a shared flat with the owner, which was not made clear on the booking. However, the owner is lovely, the flat is very clean including the bathroom. It is located about 30 mins away from the centre of bologna by foot and 15-20 mins away from the train station by foot. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and super clean and there was aircon which is always a bonus. There was a lock on our room so we felt very safe and happy to leave our possessions there whilst we went out for a nice dinner.

Despite being very clean and welcoming, the shower was a nightmare to try and work out how to use. We really struggled to sus it out and it would have been nice if we were shown how. If I were to stay here with large bags I would have been frustrated, due to the distance from the train station but luckily we only had backpacks so it was not the end of the world. But as a heads up, it may be an idea to book a taxi for it.

ideal location, within easy reach from central station. Owner got in contact a few hours before my arrival to pass all necessary info via WhatsApp. Instructions were very precise, useful and to the point. Property was empty when I checked in so I had all apartment for myself. It was clean, organized, and functionally furnished. I would definitely use this property again at the next opportunity.

Very minor flaw: shower drain is a bit clogged, so the flow is a bit slow and tends to flood the shower floor......
