The location is great, the host is very friendly and helpful and also the place is very well maintained and cleaned.

the property was fine, except the smell of freshly baked meat and noises coming from the bathroom that washing machine was making everything was fine.

nowhere did the owner say that he will be staying with us the whole time. He said that it was clearly mentioned, but on Italian witch we couldn’t read. we were supposed to share bathroom and kitchen and that did not work for us as a young couple. we had to find another accommodation. no refunds.

location is good , host is kind . It’s ideal for max 1/2 day stays.

I found someone else’s long hair in the towel that has been provided. Also I’d expect more isolation and comfort with the price that I’ve paid.

The room was clean and the location was okay, pretty close to the Bologna Centrale train station. Also there was a bus station near the apartment with buses towards the city center.

The room was pretty cold.

Very nice staff. The place is comfortable and the location is good. We would definety stay there again.
