Ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet. Man kann in 15 Minuten zu Fuss die Mission Bay (Strand, Lokale) erreichen.

Die Zimmerbeschreibung erweckt den Eindruck, dass sich die aufgeführten Ausstattungsdetails im Zimmer befinden. Dem ist leider nicht so. Unser Doppelzimmer war sehr klein, kein Schrank, keine Sitzmöglichkeit, kein TV, eignes Bad, aber dieses über den Flur (auf dem sich weitere Zimmer befinden). Frühstück wird nicht bereitet, sondern es stehen Lebensmittel im allgemein zugänglichen Kühlschrank zur Verfügung. Hier in der „Wohnküche“ befinden sich eine Sitzgruppe und der Fernseher. Wenn alle Zimmer belegt sind ist der nicht genügend Platz zum Frühstücken.
