Das Bett, die Sauberkeit und die freundliche Vermieterin hat uns am besten Gefallen.

Ärgerlich war, dass das Schlafzimmer nicht von außen absperrbar war und so theoretisch allen Mietern im Haus zugänglich gewesen wäre. Außerdem hat es leider während unseres Aufenthaltes Probleme mit der Dusche gegeben, welche die Vermieterin aber zeitnah reparieren wollte. Zudem musste man, um vom Schlafzimmer ins Bad zu kommen, durch einen von allen geteilten Gang durchgehen und es kam dadurch einem Camper-Feeling ziemlich nahe, was wir ebenfalls nicht so toll fanden.

"Great stay, wry quiet until it wasn’t no breakfast but we left early enough to go get our own."

The property was great. Door locks at night & only people who have the code are allowed inside. Must take shoes off at door.

We didn’t like that there was no breakfast & the walls were paper thin so we could hear everything in the other rooms.

"Top quality residence 15 mins from Auckland CBD"

Top quality residence. Very clean, good continental breakfast. Sofa bed was basic but comfortable. Host Shareen was fantastic

Owner was so friendly and sweet to communicate. Specially breakfast we were given like hand made cake was so delicious! Easy access to sea side for nice local dinners.

Very good service by Shareen and that made me feel great about my stay

I thought that some of the other guests did not appreciate her and the hard work she puts into the running of the place.
