"Warm, welcoming guesthouse in great location"

A lovely guest house in a really great suburb of Auckland. It’s walking distance to a lovely beach neighbourhood, and from there you can take regular buses into the city. Host Shareen is such a kind lady and so helpful and welcoming. The property is great value for money, clean, tidy and welcoming. I enjoyed it so much that I stayed twice during my trip to NZ!

"Gemütliches B&B in sehr angenehmer Nachbarschaft"

Die Lage in einer sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Nachbarschaft war genau richtig nach einem langen Flug. Die Gastgeberin Shareen ist eine sehr liebenswerte und freundliche Person, die uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen hat. Zum Silvesterfeuerwerk lud sie uns auf ihre oben gelegene Terrasse ein. Darüber hinaus hat sie jeden Morgen abwechselnde Leckereien für's Frühstück in der Gemeinschaftsküche bereit gestellt. Das Haus allgemein und die Zimmer im Speziellen sind gemütlich, sauber und bieten keinen Anlass für Beanstandungen.

Das Frühstückssortiment könnte um etwas mehr Obst sowie Butter (statt Margarine) erweitert werden. ;-)

"Good stay close to Mission Bay"

Posizione a due passi da Mission Bay e possibilità di fare colazione la mattina o usare la cucina per cenare.

Stanza molto piccola e con affaccio sulla strada laterale dove la famiglia con i bambini facevano molto rumore disturbando il risposo. Chiedete di farvi vedere la camera prima di prenderla . La nostra doveva essere una "luxury double room" ma non lo sembrava affatto. La signora è molto "controllante"..ma forse a noi è sembrata così perché nella struttura ( che è casa sua) vive anche lei e quindi sembra di essere ospiti più che clienti.

"Une très jolie étape"

La maison est très plaisante et la propriétaire est vraiment sympathique et serviable. On est à environ 600m de la plage et la promenade qui la longe avec tous ces restaurants donne envie d’y flâner. De la maison on a une belle vue sur les îles
