Les sanitaires dans le couloir est vraiment un point négatif et les cloisons trop fines laissent passer le bruit d’une conversation.

The property is beautiful, spotlessly clean and Shareen works incredibly hard to keep it that way. It’s exceptional. The location is walking distance from the beach and right in the bus route, although it is up quite a steep hill. The kitchen dining area is located downstairs and offers a large selection of continental breakfast, tea and coffee options for self service. There is a microwave and fridge freezer for the guests use which is really helpful, along with a large comfortable sofa, books board games and tv for relaxing. My lovely room was on the first floor, next door to the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable with nice crisp bedding, and it was nice to have carpets to walk on! Shareen thoughtfully supplies a dressing gown, towels, shower gels and shampoo for guest use during their stay, and provided homemade focaccia bread scrambled eggs on weekends. Her home is beautiful , and her welcome to her guests is wonderful, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the bed and breakfast, and feel very privileged to have met Shareen. A very special lady. Thankyou for everything during my stay.

It was clean and comfortable.

There was no breakfast to speak of (a store-bought loaf of bread and jams in a refrigerator don’t cut it at a B and B. There was no attempt at making guests feel welcome. The property was functional, but cold - no charm, no sense of it being an ‘inn’ as opposed to simply offering spare rooms to let out. In short, this was the least satisfying B and B stay we’ve ever experienced.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had access to kitchen and patio for meals.

The door lock could have been a little easier.

What a beautiful place to stay. Shareen was a lovely host. The rooms were so lovely, the decor perfect and so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, thank you Shareen for all the effort you put in to make your guests feel so welcome 🙏

No parking lot inside property.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce bed and breakfast. L’endroit est calme et reposant, idéal pour se détendre, avec la mer à proximité et situé non loin d’Auckland. Chaque matin, Shareen préparait un délicieux petit déjeuner, ce qui rendait le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

La salle de bain était séparée de la chambre il fallait traverser le couloir pour y aller voilà ça j'ai pas aimé

Short walk to Mission bay.

Room was far too hot, no AC and the fan made no difference. Host suggested we open the windows and leave the curtains open, this resulted in us being covered in mosquito bites. The private bathroom was down a shared corridor and there was no security on the rooms, with regards to the other 12 strangers staying in the house.
