Lo mejor es la localización sin duda. Otro punto a favor es tener una pizzeria,hamburgueseria justo debajo. El resto fue correcto.

Para hacer el checking estuvimos bastante tiempo buscando a alguien y cuando lo encontramos, aun asi tardo mucho en darnos las llaves. Prefiero trato personal, pero sino puedes darlo, hoy en dia existen metodos automáticos para dar llaves.

Emplacement, confort, espaces

The location was excellent, and the hotel offered great value for money. It was very convenient for getting around the city. The restaurant kitchen located on the ground floor was quite noisy during operating hours. However, once the restaurant closed in the evening, the area became quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, during one night of our stay, there was a party taking place nearby, and the noise carried directly into our room, making it difficult to sleep.

There was no explanation provided during check-in, and there was no staff at the reception desk. It turned out that the staff were located on another floor, which was confusing at first. Guests also need to request a hair dryer from the staff. While I understand this may help prevent theft, it would be helpful to have clearer information available or staff more easily accessible for communication. There was also no trash bin in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. In addition, the hot water ran out quite quickly. It may have been due to timing, but it was still much faster than expected. One small personal note: if the wallpaper had been a lighter color (such as white), I would probably have given an even higher rating. 😊
