The location is optimal to explore Porto.

We didnt have clear instructions for the check-in, it was very confusing where to go, and to figure out which was our room. When we finally got to the room, the bathroom didnt smell nice, it seemed to be a little dirty. The bath towels were tiny...

l'emplacement parfait

la moisissure , le manque de personnel , quand on arrive il n'y a personne on a du appelé quelqu'un au bar d'en face qui a ramené une dame pour nous donné les clés et c'était tout . Maintenant la chambre était pas propre, il y avait des traces sur la cuvette , la moisissure dans toute la douche au plafond des taches vertes et de la mousse . Ce n'est pas un hotel, ce sont juste des chambres avec aucun personnel . Le lit est pas confortable c'est une fine structure en fer avec un sommier tout fin . Pareillement il n'y a pas de fenêtre la ou nous étions , seulement une petite ou on a vu sur un toit juste en face , donc tres obscur et odeur de la salle de bain qui reste dans la chambre ( remonté d'égouts )

The accommodation is in the middle of everything which is a big plus. On the other hand, it also means a noise nonstop. It is not a place to have a peaceful sleep. On top of that. Our neighbours were unreasonably loud, talking loudly in the middle of the night, as well as early in the morning. After informing the hotel through WhatsApp and booking message. We didn't even receive an answer. I guess they couldn't be bothered by their guests. It's a shame because the place would be quite nice.
