Breakfast Very tasty and very good using local produce

Everything was what we needed a lovely peaceful stay

The farmhouse is in a lovely scenic location and very quiet.

The bed, the pillows was so comfortable. The nature, the view so peaceful, the birds song aweeke you up....amazing

Our host, Lesley, was great. So friendly, interesting, and helpful. Cooks a mean breakfast, too! Nothing was too much trouble. I'm coeliac, so I brought my own bread and cereal, and Lesley served up breakfast using my food. The bed was soooo comfy - Lesley has not skimped on making sure you get a good night's rest. And an interesting selection of teas for a cuppa. The view of the Downs is amazing. A little sun trap. Coach and Horses is a great local pub for an evening meal.

Has potential to be wonderful but needs some work. Drive up full of deep potholes, yard to entrance of accommodation needs work. Radiators not working. No filter in kettle, rug was a trip hazard. Breakfast was poor. The positives were the views, the bed which was very comfy, cleanliness and the host.

The bed was so comfy. The rural setting was perfect.Big thank you to the owner for the post parkrun breakfast.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
