Nice, peaceful location with green country views and nice cooked English breakfast.

The approach through the country lane and then within the bran yard were a bit rough.

The property was located in a beautiful secluded area in the heart of Sussex, with views of the South Downs in the distance. The rooms were extremely well done and had a homely but classy feel.

The room was bright and true to description,comfortable bed, and nice seating area . Lovely views

The outside of the property is in desperate need of attention and tidying to make it more welcoming and appealing to sit outside the property to enjoy the spectacular views!

Amazing countryside views, very clean & well presented. Nice full English on the terrace. Lovely hostess. Private balcony with lovely view. Tricky to find - follow the directions - but the privacy is worth it.

The en suite was a little noisy

"A lovely rural bolt-hole not too far from some lovely heritage sites, lovely towns and Glyndebourne."

The room itself was lovely - a section of a barn, beautifully and comfortably furnished with a really comfortable bed, an en-suite shower, very pretty country-style cotton bedding and lovely decor. We did not get good weather, so could not use the very pleasant private patio to sunbathe on the sun-beds, overlooking the beautiful deep Sussex countryside. Lovely views.

A bit difficult to get to, worth the trip - but thank God for the sat nav!
