Lovely location outside the noise of the fort. Nice views of the fort. Staff very friendly. Bed very comfortable. Hot shower.

Everything - the property, location, view, staff and service, meals at the rooftop terrace restaurant, guided tours arranged… Everything!

This is a guest house not your typical hotel, nor it is a Western-style hotel. However the staff is absolutely helpful and friendly. The best thing about this hotel is their restaurant. We stayed here 2 nights and ate 2 dinners + 1 lunch + 2 breakfast here. That should tell you how much we love it. Even my kid who did not like Indian food ate their food (which is a miracle itself). So prop to the chefs. We like their masala chai tea so much that we even bought two packages home and we really enjoy making it ourselves. Our room is a suite so it's big and the window looks out to the fort so it's a nice view. The location is great because it is near the fort and away from all the craziness of the fort.

Amenities in the room is lacking. Not much in terms of shampoo or body wash, no extra cups to hold toothbrush, no inroom slipper. The hot and cold water tap don't work together so you have to put cold water in to a big bucket first and then put hot water there then use the water from the bucket. The surrounding area is dirty and dusty. Nothing they can do about it because it's the general issue for the whole city. It's an India rural city near the desert after all. But we didn't walk around at all during our stay.

The room was comfortable and the location was relatively quiet. Our train was 3 hours late and they picked us up from the station at 1am. We organised a camel safari through Wanderlust and it was fantastic, totally recommend.
