The shower was not very hot and the shower head needs replacing .. the flow of water form the head was patchy.

Petits cottages extraordinaires, avec leur propre jacuzzi appréciables le soir comme le matin au retour de l'ascension du Mont Batur. Excursion faite sur place avec leur propre guide qui était incroyable ; on a bien rigolé et il prend de superbes photos Excellents petits déjeuner sur place Cadre exceptionnel

The staff were amazing and so friendly, specially one of the male staff (I cant remember his name) but he was so pleasant! The property is located basically at the bottom of Mt Batur, we were able to start our hike right from the hotel!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hot spring pools were exactly what you needed after a day exploring. Views of mountain from my room were exceptional

You definitely need a scooter or car to get around but easy to find a taxi

We loved our room with private hot spring spa. The views the gardens the staff it was all very magical! The room was clean and comfortable. Such a beautiful place to relax after doing the sunrise hike.

The flies are relentless. Highly recommend a good insect repellent.
