The Lava Bali Villa and Hot Spring

Staff were all excellent, especially Ayu and Bhagya. Always happy to help. The spa outside the room and the larger thermal pool were both perfect in the cooler weather. The view across the lake from the thermal pool was something else!

If you plan on lying back and reading by the thermal pool, or having breakfast outside your room, forget about it. The flies are relentless! There's a vegetable patch both sides of the property which doesn't help. If you're gone after breakfast and back after dark then its not such a problem. Booked a double bed but got 2 singles jammed together with a protruding join down the middle. Not very comfortable. Shower head pressure needs to be fixed.

Its absolutely beautiful! Surrounded by lush well maintained gardens. The hot spring pool is perfect for relaxing in. The villa was clean comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed. It was close to plenty of shops. The hotel organised our Jeep tour up Mount Batur. The hosts were so kind and helpful they went over and above to make sure we had the best experience. The breakfast was delicious and served quickly. Fantastic value for money

Beautiful well maintained property, lovely view. easy accessibility to restaurants and grocery. courteous and friendly staff. excellent spacious cmfortable rooms.

Un super hôtel très bien situé si on veut aller faire l'ascension du mont Batur (départ sentier à côté) . Grande chambre très propre et bien décorée avec une partie coin salle de bain donnant sur l'extérieur.Literie confortable et XXL . La piscine et le jacuzzi privé (sources chaudes) sont un réel luxe surtout quand on vient de marcher plusieurs heures ;-)Super pour la récupération! Et dans un cadre agréable(jardin bien entretenu ,calme du lieu...) Le petit déjeuner est bon .Le personnel souriant et très serviable .Et en ce qui concerne leur guide Bagia ,il est vraiment au top ,il nous fait découvrir les lieux avec le sourire tout le long du parcours et un brin d'humour !Tout était parfait ! merci . Prévoyez un taxi local (il y en a tt proche) car selon ou vous allez les Grab ne font pas le déplacement ,le notre nous a lâché au dernier moment et le personnel nous a vite trouvé une solution. Pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel mais des restos proches et pas trop mal .(ils vous conseilleront si besoin).

Région où il y a pas mal de mouches mais ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel car ils ont été attentifs à ce qu'il n'y en ait aucune dans la chambre !
