Au Plais De Langebaan at Palm Tree Villa cannot accommodate guests arriving after 23:00 unless it has been arranged with the property in advance. Kitchen can only be used after 12pm for 2 hours. If cutlery and crockery is neede please ask. Use of Kitchen is for B&B only... please ask if you need anything.. like plates, glasses etc. We can put small stove in braai area. Swimming towels : please bring your own or can be rented at R100 a towel for your stay. Please never use the bathroom towels anywhere else but in your room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.
