Au Plais De Langebaan at Palm Tree Villa cannot accommodate guests arriving after 23:00 unless it has been arranged with the property in advance. Kitchen can only be used after 12pm for 2 hours. If cutlery and crockery is neede please ask. Use of Kitchen is for B&B only... please ask if you need anything.. like plates, glasses etc. We can put small stove in braai area. Swimming towels : please bring your own or can be rented at R100 a towel for your stay. Please never use the bathroom towels anywhere else but in your room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms. The area was good

Shower head in my room was hand shower and could not attach. The mat in the room was turned and obviously not clean. The venue has too much clutter. The tv had no reception. The venue has a nice pool but what seemed like a lounge area the pillows was also stained so I was not booking a massage which was also in offer and declined the breakfast. Next l

Food of previous guests were left in the fridge, roof of the guesthouse was leaking during a thunderstorm. The guesthouse was aware of the leaking roof and still placed me in the room, during the storm the water was literally flowing into the room. The bedding and I was wet, I couldn't stop the water from coming in through the windo or ceiling. No one came to check if all good, although they knew about the leaking roof. I was very disgusted in the way they do business and booked another accommodation although I had another night booked with them. The shower is also not up to standard and needs attention.... I will never ever refer anyone to stay at this place!!!!!

Location was fine. They have a pool that all guess can use and include breakfast. The staff is friendly, although they are not properly trained for the hospitality business. 100% on the owners.

The place is a bit worn down and not well kept. Our room had a broken shower head that hanged on the floor. Paying for a stay and having to shower like that after a long day was not pleasant. The room looked like it was not cleaned properly in months. Neat overview but full of dust and mould, the bed had hair in it and the fridge had dried brown liquid outside. Things that should be simple to maintain if a guest house is your business.

Die Lage war schön. Pool sauber und gepflegt.

Im Bad war überall Schimmel. Badamaturen eine Katastrophe. Zimmer sehr beengt. Überall im Zimmer und im Haus Verbotsschilder. Liegenauflagen müssen unbedingt erneuert werden.
