Au Plais De Langebaan at Palm Tree Villa

We had a great bed with a firm mattress and good pillows.

The bathroom was dirty, the shower was broken, the front door was broken, then there was a backdoor that went straight into the kitchen which was very uncomfortable as the staff were either chatting or cleaning or cooking and we could hear it all, the eating room was poorly kept with a broken chair and wonky table.

Quartier résidentiel très agréable, à 2 pas d'une réserve naturelle et non loin du centre si on aime marcher. De belles balades sur le front de mer. Je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier la réactivité et le dévouement du personnel pour me trouver in extremis un taxi le dernier jour, alors que celui que j'avais réservé (et payé !) ne s'est jamais présenté. Bon lit avec matelas chauffant (!), très grande salle de bains avec serviettes extra-larges !

la porte de la chambre donne directement sur la salle à manger. La fenêtre donne directement sur la terrasse de la chambre à côté. Je n'ai pas eu de voisins à part 2 nuits, ce qui n'a pas été gênant, mais on peut manquer d'intimité s'il y a du monde.

Good location.. Breakfast was standard. Some cutlery was not clean.. The turn around time for clean up was slow.. Breakfast was oily.

Some areas of the BB was not clean.. It was dusty.. Our pillows a had dirty mrka on it. The shower was unappertizing.

Room was small,broken drawers, ants in the bedroom and used soap 😫Facilities and breakfast process were not explained .

Staff was kind enough to borrow us their powerbank.

The place is in a very nice location.

We were not welcomed properly. The lady that opened the door was a bit unsure with all the questions. The chairs on the balcony and swimming pool were dirty. Both the bathrooms were dirtty, the shower heads were very dirty. The fridge in our room did not work properly. We had to search for the tv in my parents room, none of the staff explained where the tv was. My parents room's bathroom was outside their room. The bedding on the single bed in our room had a stain. Our stay included breakfast, it was also not very nice. There was no coffee station, the food was cold and there wasn't really a variety to choose from. The swimming pool was also dirty. I really believe that it can be a great place if they work on these things.
