LA PROPIETARIA MOLTO GENTILE MA SOLO PER TELEFONO, NON L'ABBIAMO MAI CONOSCIUTA IN QUANTO ABITAVA LONTANO A 45 MINUTI DI STRADA ,

L'ANNUNCIO RIPORTA VISTA MARE FACENDO INTENDERE DI TROVARSI VICINO AL MARE MA NON E COSI', SI TROVA IN ZONA COLLINARE, IN UNA ZONA POCO RACCOMANDABILE CON UNA STRADINA STRETTA E DI DIFFICILE ACCESSO, SIAMO STATI DUE GIORNI SENZA DOCCE, LA PULIZIA E IL RESTO E' STATO DOCUMENTATO CON VIDEO E FOTO MA NON E' VALSO A NULLA, CONDIZIONATORE RUOMOROSO DI SCARSA QUALITA' CHE CON ALTE TEMPERATURE FATICA A FUNZIONARE (NON DICO CHE NON FUNZIONA MA CHE FUNZIONA MALE) , CI SONO STATE ALTRE PICCOLE COSE CHE NON MI SEMBRA IL CASO DI AMPLIARE , LA PROPIETARIA HA DETTO CHE AVREBBE PROVATO A RISARCIRE QUALCOSA TRAMITE BOOKING MA A TUTT'OGGI DA FINE LUGLIO NON ABBIAMO RICEVUTO NULLA.

Nessuno mi aveva avvisato che il bagno fosse esterno alla mia camera. Il prezzo basso attira ma e' uno specchietto per le allodole: la colazione non e' compresa (e non era così chiaro in fase di prenotazione), le pulizie non sono comprese, i servizi non ci sono, i vicini di stanza hanno festeggiato rumorosamente fino a tarda notte impedendoci di dormire. Le foto sono ingannevoli.

Nice place, but beware the location is further out than one might expect. That's on us and Google giving incorrect info. But if you have a car, it'd be pretty good.

Included breakfast was a broken coffee machine and four tiny dry pieces of prepacked toast, with no butter or marmalade around.

Clean and comfortable room, kitchen with the all needed equipment, private parking (but it's not free)

The price for the parking was charged when I used it, and not written in advance. The point on the map in the hotel information is located in the wrong place - don't use it. The breakfast was included, but it is provided in another place where you have to drive and owner did not share this information in advance.
