The owner is a total scammer. Bookings.com wrote that there will be a tourist tax, but owner asked for a twice bigger rate. After asking why it is bigger than stated in bookings.com, he said that the new rate came 2 months ago and it was not updated. After sending information that we didn't find any update in tax in the last year on official website, the owner ignored our questions where we could find the information multiple times. Then he threatened to charge us for a broken toilet seat, although it was already in a bad shape and moving when we arrived, so no wonder that it broke on our stay. Finally we had 2 reservations because one person left in the middle of our stay. Without figuring out our situation the owner asked to pay for the extra person, although in reality he left as he was supposed to. These problems brought a lot of stress for us during the stay and really made our visit to Naples worse.
