Good communcation with the host (even though I do not speak Italian we managed to c9mmunicate well, the instructions to access the property were good). Room had enough space, nice big bed, quiet location.

The location of the hotel is differnt from what it shows on the map in booking which can be a bit misleading although, the address is correct.

Super location at the side of Vesuvio, perfect room, everything is perfectly clean and working 100%. We also got parking and balcony. The host even managed us to get to the crater at the same day! 100% recommend! 😉

It was very cold, the air conditioner did not work to heat. Breakfast was included in the price but was not provided. There was something in the refrigerator and that was it. There was no service in terms of breakfast.

Anna the host is fantastic 😍. She's friendly, helpful and very supportive. She made it very easy for us. We felt trusted and left us free without feeling monitored. On top of that, we could park for free and secure. I fully recommend it as it's very affordable and good quality/price relation accommodation. Grazzie!.

This accommodation requires you to hire a car as it's not that easy to reach by Public transport or on foot. You can always get there by taxi otherwise.

Only the location

Old bathroom without window: very noisy flush, leaks from the flush tank (you get wet using the toilet), handle not working properly. Bathroom and sheets cleaning under the standard. Contacted the property by phone they were quite rude, at least they changed the sheets.

We had nice room with nice view. Guy from repcesion was wery kind and location was perfect to visit Vatican and Rome via metro.

The host was really kind and helpful. The view was magnificient from the room. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The breakfast was also nice, it was enough.

Unfortunately, the location was not the best. There is poor public transport - during weekends no buses are coming and during the week if any bus comes it goes only at every 2 hours. We relied on the host's driver who was taking us to the center of Ercolano from where we could take a train to Naples or Pompeii. He was trustable and quite punctual driver.
