Donner Lake Inn

Beautiful location!

The property is perfect for those wanting a cool place to stay that doesn't cost a ton!! They did a great job with this property!

The cozy room, the awesome location, the generous and delicious breakfast selection were all fantastic! We loved our one night stay and honestly felt like we got the most of it especially with its extremely close (1 minute) proximity to the lake/the beach area to relax and enjoy the gorgeous scenery that Truckee has to offer! The hosts were super kind, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had too, which is very much appreciated! Great customer service! We will definitely be back again for sure!

Location, setting woods, clean and convenient location.

The lighting was on one side of room. A light over the table would be great for writing.

No front office .. Nice trees and surrounding… Small room but comfortable.. Always nice to go to Donner Lake

Quiet and beautiful!

Lovely inn, lovely setting. We arrived after dark and made our way to our room, with the nice text message from the manager with our access key, where to park, and welcome. Easy wifi connection. There were three of us, and I texted if we may have another robe to go to the hot tub, and within minutes, there was a knock at our door with a 3rd luxurious white robe. The grab and go breakfast had everything we needed. We enjoyed overnight oats, granola, banana bread, coffee, and mandarins. Lovely to take a walk to see Donner Lake before we hit the road again. We hope to return.
