Donner Lake Inn

The room was cozy with comfortable beds. The backyard area was cute with a spa and games like corn hole. The beds were comfortable and we loved the little electric fireplace/ we will definitely be staying here again.

Loved the baked goodies. Great location and nice setting.

Everything was nice and clean. Maybe just new carpet in rooms.

Overall a very comfortable stay at Donner Lake Inn. It was in a minutes walking distance to South Beach, had nicely done rooms with all basic amenities, provided fairly decent options for breakfast along with great coffee. Hosts were reachable over phone and text, and helped with whatever we needed. There was a Level 2 charger with a spare Tesla converter, made it really convenient to charge the car through the night. Enough parking space and some outdoor games for the family. And its right across "Little Truckee Ice cream Shops", one of the best Ice Creams in the town.

rooms were a bit smaller than I expected and shower space was quite tidy.

Location was excellent. Checkin was super smooth and pre-arranged with a code

Breakfast was not what we saw in pictures and read in reviews. Not everyone eats bacon. There was no hot breakfast choice without bacon

Our stay was short but we enjoyed it very much. Extremely prime location especially for young families, clean, tidy and useful amenities. Tesla charging station is a plus. We would stay there again.

The location was excellent, right next to Donner Lake and ice cream shop; easy access to everything else. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the shower needs upgrading as water is slow to heat up, and the wifi extremely slow - even for just browsing websites.

The area was quiet and calm, the room was small but not a surprise we saw the pictures. It’s very much like a mini cabin and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. The beds were very comfortable and clean.
