We loved it so much, we booked 2 more nights and made it our base for Hobbiton and Rotorua tours. Has everything you could need, including breakfast provided.

"Wonderful stay near Hobbiton"

Location was great as it was right next to Hobbiton which we did the next morning! The place had some lovely LOTR decor and a great TV where we watched the first movie with the fire lit (the owner was most kind and helped us light in for when we arrived after dinner). Beds were comfy, very clean and some milk, eggs, yoghurt, bread and cereal for breakfast Meeting the dog and cats were a bonus!

Wszystko było super, wygodne duże łóżka, salon z bardzo wygodną i wielką kanapą. Do Hobbitonu jechaliśmy 5 minut. Miejsce godne polecenia.

Great breakfast available. Big rooms, kitchen and living area. Bbq available. Beds and pillows were great.

Would have been nice to sit on a patio at night or morning but not essential.
