宿主很親切的介紹住宿環境，我們在這裡渡過美好的一晚。而且，離霍比特村不遠。

床有點太軟，不太習慣🤣

Plenty of room. Real beds, no bunks. Breakfast food ok. Only one B & B unit so there were no other people around. Close but out of town

Toilet/shower room rather small and only one for what could be a group of 7 or more. Breakfast food was provided but I wouldn't want to be a person with diabetes as most things contained a lot of sugar. Very limited cereals - tiny packets and mainly Coco Pops and Nutrigrain. Booking.com sent a gobbledygook answer when I wanted to request to stay another night. I had to phone to find out what the reply was.

fajna lokalizacja blisko Hobbitonu. świetnie wyposażone mieszkanie ze wszelkimi wygodami. Szkoda, że tylko jeden dzień mogliśmy tam spędzić

This is a converted barn with a large spacious room suitable for a big family or group of friends, with one separate room with a double bed. Large dining table and chairs A comfy sofa to watch TV

Only one toilet/ bathroom The ‘patio’ was a concrete path looking onto a breeze block wall although there were spacious grounds not too far away, with a picnic table. No big picture windows to look out on so no real view. Just a barn.

The location was amazing !!!

It was waaaaaay to hot at night
