"Lovely place to stay for a convenient overnight while touring Hobbiton movie set"

Lots of trees, a nice breeze, close to town, close to Hobbiton. Julz was a great host and even called ahead to check opening hours for Christmas Day of a place we were planning to visit.

1 bathroom with toilet for accommodation that holds max 7 becomes a long wait for bathroom time.
