Dream Villa Sigiriya

We had a wonderful stay here and felt very well taken care of. Everything was just as described and more. - Great value for money - They organised safari, tuk-tuk, and other services for us at the same or better price than elsewhere - Delicious food and a room that looked exactly like in the pictures - Warm welcome and helpful throughout our stay - The safari was great; they really made sure we had the best view of the elephants - Thoughtful extras like water for the trip and checking in to make sure we were safe - Gave great tips and recommendations - The only thing we wouldn’t personally recommend is the cooking class they suggested, but that’s not a reflection on the hotel itself. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was spotlessly clean and in a great location (we walked to climb lions rock for sunrise). Above all the hosts were amazingly welcoming and put on a lovely atmospheric dinner on the rooftop. The breakfast we had after climbing lions rock was the best food we have had in Sri Lanka (traditional Sri Lankan breakfast).

We only stayed one night - we wish we had stayed longer!

The couple at this property are one of the most sweetest we met across our one month travel in Sri Lanka, they couldn’t do anymore for us. We had a beautiful rooftop dinner, the room itself was spacious, bright and comfortable and great value for money! No complaints and I highly recommend you use them in Sigiriya! Had a great safari trip with them and they organised all our travel to and from for a really great price. Couldn’t thank them enough for their hospitality.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay! The hosts were truly beautiful people—so kind and welcoming. The accommodation was excellent value for money and in a great location. Highly recommend!

This home stay really was an oasis of peace and kindness. The owners are the loviest people I’ve ever met and really went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. You can tell how much they love what they do and no request is too much. The rooms were 10/10, super clean and comfortable with great AC. The home cooked meals were honestly some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. The owners know the area extremely well and gave us recommendations for our whole trip and even sorted out all of our travel. I really can’t recommend this place enough I will definitely be back!

This is a guesthouse with two standard rooms, spatious, clean and comfortable. What makes the difference and stands out, is the love put into this guesthouse by the owners. They will make you feel at home and help you any way they can! It is a great place to be, in a perfect location!

Literally nothing!

What a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, with a super clean and spacious bathroom, everything felt fresh and well cared for. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the amazing family who runs it. Lakmini and family were so warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my last night there. Their kindness and hospitality genuinely made my day. I couldn’t recommend this place more, especially if you are a solo traveller

The owners of this homestay were very friendly and helpful. They even added special touches like welcome decorations in the room. It's centrally located, clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showering!

There's a clothing rack with plenty of space to hang clothes, but it would nice to have a small closet or something with actual hangers to hang clothes up. Just a suggestion. Another thing I want to mention is the payment currency. On booking.com, it specified that this hotel takes payment in USD cash. I specially converted some money to USD to pay for this accommodation. But the owner requested payment in LKR instead. Eventually he reluctantly accepted the USD when I told him that's all I had. I found this to be an issue anywhere (especially homestays) where you had to pay cash.
