"Beautiful bnb in relaxing surroundings"

Amazing place to stop on our journey north, very friendly and helpful hosts and a delicious breakfast. Bonus view over the canal which added to our feeling of relaxation, despite being close to the motorway.

"Probably the best value for money in the area"

It is a beautiful property set in attractive grounds. My tastefully decorated room was clean quiet and comfortable with a view over the adjacent canal. The complimentary continental breakfast was exceptional, a full English was available for a small extra cost. The owner, Julie, was welcoming and attentive.

The chair in my room was on the small side

"Lovely renovated house on the Lancaster Canal great for walking or a convenient stopover"

The location is fantastic right on the Lancaster Canal . We booked last minute to attend a wedding reception at the near by village hall. The property is newly renovated and is very comfortable. The host Sally was very attentive and provided us with an excellent continental breakfast. We could have had a full English breakfast but was not necessary. Highly recommended 👌

Fantastic location on the canal. Peaceful and relaxing accommodation, decorated to a high standard. Room and bathroom were super clean. Would highly recommend and stay again. Continental breakfast was delicious
