Another Room

Rob & Lynne zijn voortreffelijke gastheren. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Alle dagen was er wel een verrassing. De huisgemaakte scones waren overheerlijk! We kregen deze steeds mee op onze daguitstappen ook. Ook het recept hebben we terug mee! :-) Rob & Lynne waren zeer attentvol en luisteren heel goed. Zo vertelde ik dat ik geen bonen lustte en kreeg dan ook geen bonen op mijn bord bij het 1ste ontbijt. Ik raad deze B&B zeker aan. Als we ooit nog eens terug naar Edinburgh gaan, dan hopen we dat Another Room er nog zal bestaan. Het was net als thuiskomen. Ze stellen hun huis open en laten je heel welkom voelen. En een gezellige grappige babbel bij het ontbijt is ook aanwezig. Voetbal op 1! :-) Bedankt ook voor de vele tips die we kregen bij ons verblijf. Onze zoon van 14 jaar was ook graag bij jullie.

Nos sentimos como en casa! Se preocuparon por nosotros en todo momento: desayunos caseros maravillosos, recomendaciones, consejos y charlas muy interesantes. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario y cumplía su función. La ubicación está genial, en bus te pones en seguida en el centro. Solo tenemos palabras buenas para Another room.

Absolutely incredible hosts! Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations and planning. They truly went above and beyond with making sure my grandma and I were well taken care of during our entire stay and even afterwards. I could not recommend them enough !

Everything was just perfect!!! Lynne and Rob are the absolute sweetest and made us feel right at home during our little trip to see Oasis in Edinburgh. The room was clean and super spacious, and the skylight was a little bonus and so nice to wake up to in the morning! The breakfast was delicious and Lynne made sure the veggie option was also amazing, and she even gave me a Scottish scone recipe that I tried with my friends as soon as I got home (they all loved it!!). Getting around was super easy, we walked down to Portobello beach and took the bus everywhere else, since there's a stop right outside which was super convenient, especially when getting back from the concert. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay and can't wait to come back!!!

The hosts were amazing .Lynn even did our washing for us.The breakfast was huge and really set us up for the day.We especially enjoyed trying the haggis ,whiskey and home made scones each morning. It was so handy being over the road from the bus stop and only a short trip into the city.

The Scottish breakfast was awesome and abundant! The room was clean and cozy. Nice location - frequent buses to Edinburgh Station and a beach within 10 mins of walk. The hosts were very friendly and generous, we enjoyed our stay very much.
