A transparent glass bathroom door isn't ideal

Easy to get to and while located on a busy road, was quiet and located close to beach walks. Very clean and made to feel very welcome. Helped with advise on where to eat, which was greatly appreciated. Great breakfast, made fresh.

We had a wonderful stay at The Gateway at Hest Bank. The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. Angela was an incredibly welcoming and friendly host who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was amazing with great quality food, and the view was absolutely beautiful. We would happily stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Quiet room and comfortable bed. The owner was very kind. As a solo traveller I really appreciated her help.

It was a little expensive but for the experience and just one night’s stay it was absolutely perfect what I needed.

Location was perfect for all my needs.

Lovely property with a welcoming host, very tasty breakfast. Off road parking. Good location for coastal walks.

The bed was very comfortable and there was a blackout blind to make the room dark. I liked the fact that there was fresh milk and water available for residents in a fridge downstairs.
