"This was a memorable stay and we shall be back...!"

From the moment we arrived, to a very warm welcome from Angela, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless, with tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits available. On a cool day, the room was warm and comfortable and there was plenty of reading material about 'things to do' in the area, while we relaxed. After a day's walking, the shower was excellent and the large towels, perfect. The breakfast was superb, beautifully cooked and just what we needed to start the day. The Gateway at Hest Bank is a gem and we will most definitely return. Thank you Angela!

A very homely and comfortable stay.The host was lovely, professional, and very attentive. The room was perfect, as was the hearty breakfast. If I'm in the area again, this accommodation would definitely be my number one choice.

Lovely and welcoming. Great communication. I was lucky to have a ground floor room. The breakfast was gorgeous and plentiful. Right opposite the sea edge. Ideal for visiting the area, Morecambe or Lake District.

Perhaps a grab handle in the shower would be a benefit
