My room was fantastic spacious and comfortable. I had a wonderful view of Morcombe bay from my window. The owner was fabulous and her breakfast each day was fantastic. I had a hire car so the off street parking was very convenient and this area is Central to a lot of tourist destinations. I would highly recommend this property to anybody wanting to stay in the Morecambe bay area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very clean and bright room, comfortable double bed with plenty of space to accommodate our dog comfortably on the floor near the bed. Superb breakfast....Fresh berries, yoghurt, cereal and The Full English without the meat, Angela filled the plate with 2 eggs, beans, hash browns, mushrooms, tomato and as much toast as we liked. Yummy 😋

Lovely friendly owner and great breakfast room was clean and comfortable and both me and my dog were made to feel very welcome. I was pretty late arriving but it was no trouble at all

Super accommodating and welcoming hosts. Professionally run B&B, with everything that you need. Great breakfast, fruits, yoghurt and cereals/porridge offered in addition to full english. Fried breakfast made with good quality ingredients. Location close to the sea front - very short distance to a peaceful and picturesque coastal walk.

Front rooms a little noisy from the road, no bath in our room (which we knew before arrival). Would certainly stay again.

Angela was a lovely host, rooms were lovely and clean. The food was wonderful with cereal, fruit, yogurt and cooked breakfast to choose from. The garden outside is nice and full of beautiful flowers, plenty of garden furniture to use and a cosy summer house to relax and play games in. There is a garage at the back of the property which is perfect for having somewhere safe for our motorbike. 100% recommend.
