Absolutely superb, loved the dining room and proper china. Of interest was the history of the property too. Breakfast food fantastic, plenty of it and well cooked and pleasantly served. Couldn't rate the experience more highly. Loved the special touches in the bedrooms e.g. fan, hot water bottle, little amusing plaques, made it more homely. In the entrance cold, real milk and cold water in a fridge. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Thank you Angela et al.

I couldn't fault it. Angela checked that she would be in when we arrived by phone and gave good information regarding place to eat for an evening meal.

Breakfast was excellent. Good choice of cooked breakfast and cereals, yoghurt and fruit. Plus of course a choice of coffee, tea and / or orange juice. All served quickly.

There was nothing really to fault.

Lovely kept place, with nice garden. Just up the road was path to the canal, which was a lovely walk and The Hest Bank pub. Across the main road was access to the sea front and a cute little micro pub. What's not to like?

Nice quiet location, but still close to Morecambe. Well presented and organised. Secure storage for my bicycle whilst doing the coast to coast.

It was absolutely fabulous, the room is spacious and well equipped, toaster and microwave and fridge. A lovely table and chairs with crockery. The views are amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Angie is lovely, chatty and helpful.
