The check-in was traumatising. The team was so careless—they did not send any key code. When I booked an extra night, they were too lazy to inform me that I would be staying in the same room, so I didn’t need to check out. I ended up checking out, and then they told me I could stay in the same room. By that point, there was no point—I had already carried all my bags and stuff. If they had told me earlier, it would have been much easier. Also, while I was out, they didn’t even bother to clean the room.

For something that prices itself in the bracket of travel lodges, it had all the charms of a 1980s block of flats.

A shower that was unintuitive and took ages to warm up... And everything is a paid for extra. Parking being included feels like a basic thing.... Not to mention better directions. (Having been on campus 8 years I still found it hard to find! ) It was also disconcerting that getting the keys didn't require the code!

Breakfast was excellent - good choice especially grateful for the yogurt and fresh fruit. When we arrived there was no handle on the toilet flush. Notified reception and given another room immediately. Cleaner should have noticed this from previous occupant. Apart from that all good.

Clean if fairly basic accommodation. Convenient slow EV chargers for charging up over night. Decent breakfast.

Would have preferred inclusive parking rather than having to pay separately.
