That the guest house was in a beautiful location and that too within the Lancaster university campus. Very good and ideal specially if you have to meet anyone studying there. Great value for money. I would recommend this to friends and family and would book again if I need to.

There was an issue with water leaking in the bathroom however as soon as we reported this the staff straight away provided us another room which was good.

There was no hot water, no personals to solve any problems it’s just a very bad bad service for the amount the charge I couldn’t have shower ,

"Conveniently situated"

Conveniently situated with reasonable priced parking on site. The room was basic and clean, which was ok for an overnight stay. Breakfast was a short walk away. Generous helpings of food.

The shower was not maintained properly, it leaked/ dripped all night. Could have done with a full length shower curtain so it sat inside the shower tray and water would not sprayed onto floor?
