The guest room had renovation recently. The bed is more comfortable now and the shower is new.

"Very basic but did the trick and a great location!"

Very simple room, bed was comfy and radiator controls were easy to use.

The bathroom DESPERATELY needs an upgrade!! Especially the shower. The knob to turn it on was so stiff that I had to wrap a cloth around it to turn it off once I was in. Shower also made a god awful squealing noise whenever it ws turned on. The second day I went to have a shower and left it running for over 5 minutes waiting for the hot water to come on and it never did. Because the shower is also enclosed, the first time I opened the shower door it had a bit of a musty smell, but disipated after a few minutes of being left open. Other than that, it was clean and functional but yeah, in desperate need of an upgrade.

"Most enjoyable."

Clean well decorated room with all the amenities one would expect. Breakfast was well cooked and reasonably priced. Campus was well maintained, and signs provided to breakfast were excellent. Transport into Lancaster by bus was great. Would recommend.

Weather in Lancaster. Less wind and rain but only the Almighty can provide that!

"Great location & amazing value for money"

Clean, modern, quiet (Easter break so not many students on campus) & perfect location for attending event at the University. Price included breakfast so was amazing value for money.

"Basic but very comfortable and quiet."

Very comfortable bed with lots of tea and coffee available in the room. Very nice cooked breakfast. Quiet location.

No soap - even even a all travel sized one. No hot water in the shower - a note did say it would take a while but after 15 minutes of letting the water run still no hot water.
